The front desk staff are eager to serve but need better training. The Concierges are the all time winners at this Hotel. Ask for George as he went out of his way to assist me even on his day off. How cool is that! Food in lobby restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. Bar is fully loaded. Breakfast buffet quite adequate and staff there on the ball to serve. Rooms are spacious with necessary balconies. But this place is a monster. And when conventions are here a bit of a mad house.

Beautiful property and I had a lovely time. There was always one elevator not working and I almost missed my tour, because I had to wait 15-30 minutes for an elevator. Most of the staff was nice but there were a couple of waiters who were rude or tended to others who came in after me. I would stay again but only have breakfast vs other meals there.

Loved the hotel- reception and check in was fantastic, the pool area for relaxation and a wonderful large well equipped bedroom. Powerful shower, fantastic breakfast buffet and lots of attentive and friendly staff.

What a wonderful hotel. Welcoming and professional staff, superb food and hospitality. Has great facilities in a good location but very private. Rooms excellent honestly could not fault the place.

What a hotel, right from the first arrival and welcome, through to departure, the staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly, couldn't ask for more. The hotel itself was very clean, bright, spacious, well maintained and the food was excellent. There was so much choice at breakfast, lots of options for dining in the evening and the staff were happy to provide recommendations if required. The room was amazing, we had a room in one of the towers with sea view, well worth it. Now the downside, unfortunately there were several occasions where staff were noisy outside jet-washing or vacuuming early in the morning causing a disturbance. Other than that couldn't really fault the service or the hotel. We would be more than happy to visit again, and probably will in the future. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Westin Dragonara for our honeymoon and the staff was beyond exceptional. Everyone was friendly, kind, helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations. Ahmed and Shajadul made us feel right at home and we can't wait to return.

Amazing stay and great location near the heart of St Julien with tons of restaurants and bars. The resort itself was beautiful and being able to swim in the sea was wonderful. Highly recommended
