Classy Midtown 3BR, King Master

Spacious and swanky 3BR apt in the midtown, less than 10 min from downtown and many area attractions. Sleeps up to 7 with King master, queen 2nd BR, and full size sofa bed in 3rd. You'll love the blend of modern amenities and historic charm in this 123 year old home. Enjoy a night out and come home to a safe, clean, and comfortable apt. Fast wifi, multiple streaming options, and free off-street parking. A great place for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups.

We are centrally located so it's great for getting to major city sites easily by car. The area is a good mix of old classic brownstones and new development. There is a restaurant a couple blocks to the west and grocery store and small shopping center 1/2 mile east but otherwise not many shops/restaurants within walking distance. We have a gravel parking pad with 3 off-street parking spots and free street parking in front as well.

"Is it safe? We've heard about St. Louis crime..."

Yes! Our neighborhood is among the safest in St. Louis (reference: Trulia crime stats). We've lived here for several years with no issues. Please know that the area is not near the areas (North and East St. Louis) that you hear about in the news. That said, it is a city neighborhood, not gated suburb and you'll find a wonderful melting pot of old homes, new development and diverse neighbors.

The whole apartment is yours! We have another airbnb in the apt above and we live next door. We won't disturb you but are always available if you need anything during your stay.

The apartment is rich with the history and character of a 123 year old house. You'll find the apartment is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. You'll love all the space it has and the location is super convenient to access city attractions.

We are located near the highway so you will notice minor car noise while outside and very lightly from the inside when the room is quiet. It won't be an issue for most but something to note for those who are very sensitive to background noises. Turning on the fan or provided white noise machine will mitigate the sound if that is a concern.

We had a great trip, the house looks exactly as pictured- and was stunning. Very big. Felt safe there. Host was so kind, and reached out mid trip to make sure we were doing well, make sure we didn’t need anything- and give recommendations to local places. Check in was super easy. Easy instructions once checked in. Clean home and had all the items we needed. Only thing to mention is that it's not truly a 3 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is a pull out bed in the front room but it does have doors to close it off if needed. But super close to all the places we needed to be on our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the city of St Louis.

Amazing decor. Tons of space. Good beds. Really gorgeous apartment. Plenty of parking, place was sparkling clean. Third bedroom is a living space with large pocket doors and a gold pot couch, so not a full private bedroom. But worked well for us. This is a really lovely place to stay in central St Louis!

We found the apartment/unit to be clean, convenient and comfortable. The grandkids loved sleeping on the fold out couch and the other beds were very comfy. It was very close to the Aquarium, the City Museum and the zoo. We will definitely rent from Joe again!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys are 10 & 12 and especially loved the Pac-Man game. The location was great to get to everywhere we wanted. We did hear about crime concerns for St. Louis prior to arriving but felt safe staying here. (We didn’t experience any issues during our trip, but we were sure to not leave anything off value in our vehicle.) If we visit St. Louis in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

My family and I traveled to St. Lois to watch the Brewers play the Cardinals. Everything was wonderful! Excellent safe location with easy access to a variety of spots we wanted to check out. The place was full of charm and comfort. Nearby breakfast place was out of this world amazing! Everyone we encountered was welcoming. Will definitely be back!

This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!
