I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the responsiveness of staff in dealing with a noise complaint and daily checking in to see how they could improve their services. However, I did not like the area where the hotel was located because it felt unsafe, and there were no dining options nearby. Also, the lobby area was not inviting, and is badly in need of a remodel. Overall, however, it was decently priced.

The property was very clean, the room was very spacious and clean, and Dinesh the front desk concierge was one of the nicest people you want to meet, very professional and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to be in a safe and quiet place near St Louis area attractions. Minutes away from the zoo which was a plus!

I enjoyed my stay overall while in town and would stay there again. Place was clean and quiet The young woman on 1st shift at the desk could definitely take a page out of how to improve customer service because she was not as inviting but she just did her job...I just hope it stays like this

I've been in the military and traveled quite a few places and stayed in hundreds of hotels but the rating this place is given has to be a lie. Paint on walls peeling, little refrigerators making a loud humming sound and can't forget the ROACHES. Yes, roaches and they have the nerve to charge a $150 deposit. Lol should have known then. Don't need a refund or discount but Comfort Inn should be ashamed of themselves.
