The room was in poor repair. The sink faucet was loose, there were large water stains on the bath ceiling and the wallpaper in the room was peeling. IMO the room needs total renovation. Location and staff were good.

Proximity to my meetings and the staff was very accommodating. Nice there was a Starbucks in the hotel and the rooftop bar was great for our conference gathering. Would like to go back again when the Arch is actually open.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms are beautiful and staff was great. Our only complaint was the elevators! You could easily wait 10 minutes to just go down to the lobby. We stayed there to attend a baseball game and it was so busy after the game we had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to get up to our room. Other than that it was a nice hotel and we would stay there again if going to another baseball game because it was right next to the stadium.
