The front desk staff were super friendly and kind when we checked in very late at night. They were excited to have my dogs stay and even gave them treats. The view of the arch and the river was beautiful. I highly recommend this location.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Incredible view of the arch. The beds though, only had a sheet. No duvet, comforter or any sort of blanket. Literally a sheet. We did ask for a blanket and they brought one up. But we thought this was odd.

We booked a room with two beds. One of them had dirty sheets that had coffee/tea stains on them and makeup on the pillowcases. Since we did get there later in the day there was less help, but we appreciated front desk sending new linens eventually. It was not great that we saw a contact lens stuck between the nightstand and glass cover, how did that even get there? Staff is always friendly, but we’ve stayed there three times in the last 2 months for work and they still don’t have working front doors..

Hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking room. While the view of the arch was beautiful there were a lot of disappointing issues with indicated amenities. The hotel lists room service as available from the several restaurants on site but none of them actually would answer to take an order and the website was not working to place orders either. When we called the front desk for assistance their response was “you can just walk down to the restaurant for a take-out order.” Kind of defeats the purpose of “room-service.” If you don’t reliably offer those amenities you shouldn’t advertise them. It’s perfectly fine for a hotel to not offer room service, but not to say they offer it when in practice they actually don’t. We also had issues with parking where it took the front desk three times to finally fix. We were then charged a $40 parking fee for three days when we arrived Saturday after noon and left Monday morning before 8. To charge a full day parking fee for the day of checkout when we left before 8am is ridiculous.
