"Stayed here from Christmas Eve to New Years eve 2024absolutely perfect for us located in the hill side with stunning sea view. Its great to drive around the local area and explore different beaches on both sides of the island, Bars and Restaurants all within 20 mins or so - about 3 large Supermarkets near by and shopping mall. "We loved our stay in this cute little cottage, perfect for the two of us. It is a short walk to the beach and we went nearly every day. We like a quieter beach so we went to the end of the beach near Marie's fish/beer shack.Rented chairs and umbrella for the day, and they keep an eye on your stuff, so you can wander up/down the beach without worries. snorkeling is what we love to do, and it was ok, but better snorkeling in other places on the island. "Upon arrive at the place… Air-conditioning – ONLY the bedroom has air-conditioning which you are told cannot go below 74 degrees, the main house there is NO air-conditioning at all. NO where in his AD does it say this. It’s was 90 degrees there and only room where you can be comfortable is the Bedroom with NO TV in it. Mosquitoes – the place was infested with them. When I asked about why there where so many mosquitoes I was told Ben sprays for them every day at 6pm at night. My wife got over 50...

"We had access to the bay and marina because of the private dock, so friends who had a boat in the marina could dink over and visit. It is 3-5 minute walk to Rodney bay beach..Great private pool and nice yard. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but we adjusted and lived to tell about it.. Would stay here again. "
