"Honestly just wow. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, impressive from the moment you walk in to the lobby all the way through to checkout. This hotel was perfect for a stay with young kids as the kids club was fantastic but also had adults only areas too. All the staff at the hotel were incredible even down to the cleaners, a special mention to Syam and Nithin Antony for always doing such a good job of cleaning our room and the origami animals every other day. Lastly the biggest thanks to all the kids club for making our trip what it was - you brought so much joy to my little girls day and she was always excited to see you all special thanks to Ximena, Arturo, Bernice and Nikola. The kids club and kids play section in the restaurants were so clean and always pretty quiet but fun. "

"Wonderful seaview from my room as I requested. Great sized room and bathroom too. All very comfortable, fabulous shower. Convenient location for buses and restaurants. "

"We would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a built up location but only a 5 mins walk to the front promenade with lots of restaurants along the side streets and front. We had a meal in the restaurant on one night, which included a varied choice of meals and our included breakfasts were excellent, from the fresh orange juice machine to the range of fresh pastries. The spa had some excellent offers on at the time and I enjoyed a relaxing head massage and reflexology session, thankyou Sheena. Our room was spotless, very spacious, with a complimentary minibar inc beer, mini bottles of wine, fruit juices, coke, lemonade & water! The bed was very comfortable and even had a pillow menu. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool & sun terrace which would be an added bonus in the summer. The only downside of this hotel is that if you have a car, the street parking around the hotel is a nightmare, we were very lucky to get a space in the underground car park (no charge) but there is only limited number."

"Everything perfect. Stayed a few times before and still perfect. Staff the friendlies ive had in all the years ive been going to Malta. Maybe the staff on the outside bar could smile a bit 😄but it didnt bother us .First class from the reception staff especially Hicham, that sorted out a little problem straight away. Lovely man. Hotel was absolutely spotless, and considering how full the hotel was hats off to each and every one .Room was cleaned every day with again lovely staff .Hopefully it wont be our last stay at the brilliant hotel ,even though we are both in our seventies now ."

"The staff where absolutely wonderful and very attentive to your needs and comfort the peace and quiet because of it being Adults only was was really enjoyable meal times was so lovely X if I had one simple issue it would be that the towels in the room could of been a bit bigger ie bath sheets not just bath towel size but otherwise I couldn't find any fault "
