The only potential downside for some could be that sound travels well outside the hotel as it is in a busy social location, and the soundproofing could be improved. "Very good customer service, staff was attentive and helpful. Transport from hotel was very safe and convenient. Busses ran on time and on a whole everything was cost effective, especially the shop within the hotel. Also the hotel decor is fitting regarding the time it was built. There are mordern hotels in the area, but it is obvious these buildings have been built recently and cannot be compared to Bella Vista Hotel."
