Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. The property manager/owner is and amazing guy. He checked regularly for anything we may need. Condo was clean, cute, and completely stocked. It made for an awesome vacation and soo close to the beach and walking distance to restuarnts and shopping!!

The studio was perfect for our girl's getaway. Small, but very clean. Location was perfect and Joe was not only responsive but had all the beach necessities available. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Joe, the host, was so great to work with! His communication was above and beyond what is expected. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. The amenities were top notch! We appreciated the quality of the room; granite countertops, soft toilet paper, aloe vera sunburn lotion, a fan, coffee maker with coffee and beach chairs with an umbrella. Joe really thought about what guests are looking for in a comfortable stay. Great Experience!

Perfect location, a bit small.
First off, the lack of a 5th star has absolutely nothing to do with Joe. He was incredibly nice, communicative every step of the way and did a fantastic job of welcoming us and being a resource. If your goal is to be on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach, very close to the beach and don't plan on spending much time in the room, this place is perfect. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the place is REALLY small, even smaller than the pictures make it seem. It was just me and my wife and we felt incredibly cramped. All of the appliances and furnishings are very high end and Joe did a great job with the space available, but unfortunately there's no way to make it bigger. If that doesn't matter to you, then please rent this place as everything else was great and we still had an amazing mini-vacation!

49th Wedding Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our 49th anniversary at this cozy rental located only a few steps from Clearwater Beach! The facility was just large enough for two, but it was clean, modern and well-equipped. An interesting shopping center was within walking distance. First of all, our host has excellent communication. Not only did we receive helpful, detailed instructions soon after booking, but we also got fast answers to our questions and needs during our stay. The listing is indeed mere steps from the beach. We loved bringing the provided beach chairs over to watch the sunset each evening. It's a great location; the provided parking is some of the best on the island. Our room was just the right size for us; everything is clean and new. We were able to cook some nice little meals with good food from the nearby grocery store. Having the grill available is a huge plus as it makes cooking and cleanup easier. Nothing we needed was missing.
