One of the few “ma & pa” places left on Clearwater Beach. Small, cozy, friendly, and family operated for 40 years. We are a small apartment building with 10 different apartments located on the north end of the island. The building is walking distance to everything. The beach, restaurants, shops, Pier 60, and marina. The trolley makes a stop right in front of our building in case you want to really venture out. The apartment has 1 queen sized bed, a full sized living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

apartments right on the bay. very nice and cozy. 1 bedroom with comfy bed, full kitchen and larger bathroom. dock with chairs to sit out and watch the water life. 1 walking block to beach. easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. parking right onsite. allowed for small dog. it was perfect for my husband, pebbles our chihuahua and myself. we even stayed an extra day. Marta was very nice and accomodating. enjoyed our stay very much!

Great convenient place to stay. Short walk to beach. The place is very dated but clean enough. Shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. Bathroom door had a big hole. Outside it is situated right on the waterway which is nice to sit on the deck.

Our stay was very good, very comfortable. The location was lovely, with easy access to beaches. Watching the sunrise from the dock was enjoyable, and everything in the unit worked, especially the air conditioning. We'd rent again, and for its condition and location combined, the price point is economical.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Check in/out was easy. Super close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Friends of ours also booked their rental at this location. It is extremely convenient to have beach chairs and umbrellas available! :)

If you are a true lover of Clearwater Beach, then you really will appreciate this place! It is the perfect place to stay on North Beach. You can enjoy the sunrise just steps away on the dock and the sunset is a 5 min walk. I can't wait to go back to the beach and stay here again. It was safe, clean, and accessible to all we needed from North Beach all the way down to South Beach. We will be back as soon as possible.

The property is older and cozy. The location is great and the room was very clean. The shower is 3 feet by 3 feet and was a challenge for a 6 foot 1 inch man. The kitchen had everything that we needed. My wife enjoyed the cat.

This is a great hidden gem
You know you've really scored when the first thing your husband says is, "what a great place!" This is a great hidden gem within walking distance of the beach and shopping. My requirements: clean, quiet, and comfortable and these rooms delivered! The rooms were clean, the area was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Mike and Marta were the best hosts! They were very quick to reply to messages. I will 100% stay there the next time we're in town.

The place was as advertised. I'm 65 and the place made me feel like I was a young man again!! Its like stepping back in time to the good old days road side motels but this one is on the water!! Clean and very quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to everything. Didn't meet the owners, but other guest said they are wonderful people. Will definitely rent again!

great atmosphere, quiet cozy apartment and grounds. back deck and sun deck were wonderful for sipping coffee and watching the dolphins and birds. walking distance to everything and dog friendly!! the ocean is directly across the street at the north end and right by the dog friendly entrance to clearwater beach. Perfect eatery and menu item recommendations and fantastic owners and caretakers. can not wait to stay again. Great price for a cozy quiet getaway. highly recommend!
