Having just stayed in a Bates motel a few days prior, this was a marked improvement. It was the only hotel available in an hour radius post a hurricane hitting the area. The hotel was presentable, room was clean, staff was friendly, and I didn't fear for my life thinking I was going to get killed in the shower.

Beautiful new hotel. It felt very high end. The room was very large. The towels were plush and soft. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were a bit scratchy. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Grant Street Inn is a brand new hotel with a short walk to downtown Dunedin near shops, dining, parks, museum and walking trail. It is very conveniently located. The hotel is beautiful. We loved parking in the garage. We didn't interact with staff much but they were all nice. We would definitely stay here again.
