Welcome to our newly renovated, 2-bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo located just a few miles from Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. With convenient free parking right outside the door, extremely quiet facing the interior garden this rental is set up for a recharging vacation!

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse. Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award-winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

The condo offers a generous 1100 sq. ft. open floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for sharing with family or another couple. Master bedroom with a flat screen TV and a king size bed, has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom includes a third pull-up twin bed to be used when needed. In the living room a queen pullout sofa (with a new memory foam mattress) easily accommodates 2 persons - this feature makes the condo extremely comfortable for a large family.

Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Family friendly high chair included and crib available upon request. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable, and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils.

In unit laundry room includes a new Samsung full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as hair dryers. Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Must be over 25 to book rental. No smoking, no pets please.

We stayed for 2 weeks in February and this condo was perfect. There was plenty of room, and we had everything we needed: dishes, pots & pans, towels, everything! The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and beautiful. We felt safe and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

So easy to check in and out, very clean and has everything you would need to stay while on vacation. They are nice, friendly, great people to work with. If your looking for a rental for your vacation I would recommend this one. We will be using it again.

Everything went perfectly, from the time we booked the VRBO until we left the property. Great communication, super easy entry into the property, very well equipped and clean condo, and a nice pool area. The hosts checked on us to make sure everything was going as planned. Perfect place for a long stay. Extremely clean and updated ( like yesterday). Will definitely stay again. Excellent location with everything you need very close. Very secure area and really short drive to Clearwater Beach. Owners were on top of everything. We stay through VRBO for years and this is one of the nicest.

We had a great visit. The condo was clean and ready for us when we got there, even with an early check in. The management was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Everything was super easy and smooth. The location is an easy drive to the beach and other towns with many dining options.

The property was great, check in was easy, the pool was fun and there were plenty of amenities. We enjoyed going to the pool and we drove to the beach a few times during the stay (about 10 minutes away). There was a grocery store across the street and we walked down the street for some yummy gyros too. The only thing we wish this place had would be a box fan but that’s just because we never sleep without one.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The condo is spotless, with two good-sized bedrooms and two full separate bathrooms. You have everything you need in the kitchen. Towels and bedding were very clean and a pleasure to use. The property also has a cozy and inviting balcony with a table and chairs. Great and warm pool. We highly recommend this place.

A 10-minute drive to Pier 60 and Clearwater beach. Very good location, grocery store across the street. The pool is very nice. Communication with Gabriel is excellent we had a small issue with the AC and he was very responsive and quick to help. The home has a definite beach feel which we loved. Loved the decorations. Patio is private. We would definitely stay again :)
