I'm sorry to leave a poor review, but I have to be honest in hopes of conditioning some improvements in this facility. I stayed here before, maybe 2-3 years ago, and the room I stayed in previously was remarkably clean, functional, and impressive. This time, however, the bathroom barely worked. The toilet barely flushed, the water pressure in the sink and shower was pitiful, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the ceiling tiles were missing. The regular room was tolerable; I wouldn't complain, given the price, but there needs to be a functional bathroom, at the very least. We left after one night and got a different room.

i WAS RESCUING DOGS IN TAMPA THE ROOM RESEMBLED ONE OF THE GUTTED BUILDINGS FROM A LONG HAIR IN SINK TO A TURD FLOATING IN THE COMMODE TO BEING LOCKERD OUT OF ROOM NO ONE CAME TO FIX PHONE NO NE CAME TO FIX LIGHTS NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME AS I AM PARTIALLY DISABLED AND I HELPED IN CLEAN UP AND RESCUE I DID NT PLAY LOUD MUSIC AND GO TO WROINGR IOOM DRUNK AS GUESTS AT THIS JOINT DID I SHOULD NOIT BE CHARGED FOR THIS MAYHEM MAY THE FORCE BE WITH ME?!

I came here hurricane night already was reserved. extra money or I couldn’t stay , for heaven sake me an my 3 children had to sleep in my car because the person was being skeptical this was by far my 1st an WORST experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel ever. Never thought during such an emergency time I or my kids would’ve been treated this was from your property QUALITY INN !!

Dirty, I don’t expect much from a place for the price but this was bad. The towel got stained, eww I don’t use it anyway but I was just using it so my stuff won’t touch the unknown counter. Worn out blanket. There’s a rip on it and it’s not clean. Toilet seats worn out, chipped on the seat. The sink was dirty. As usual I clean before using. Didn’t use towels and blankets. The above

Nice for the price. The light bulbs in the bathroom did not work. I did not feel like calling thbe front desk and waiting for maintenance to show up whenever they wanted. There was a little water on the floor. II think it came from the small refrigerator. I cleaned it up and it was gone in the morning.

The bathroom was in poor condition with mold in the shower, broken ceiling tiles, and stains. The room had a strong, musty odor that made it difficult to feel comfortable. At first glance of the room it looked ok. But once I went inside it was another story. Roaches, mosquitos, you couldn’t see out the window, all the closet/bathroom doors needed paint, Sofa bed was full of mold, the whole property smelled like marijuana. Elevator was hot and smelled bad. Homeless people slept near the parking lot. I didn’t eat the breakfast (cereal and mini muffins) after seeing roaches in the dining area. The only good thing was there was a lot of restaurants in the area. This stay was not worth the price at all! These rooms should cost at max $60 a night.

Great for the value
we stayed on a suite and it was spacious and really nice, the only thing I can say about the room is that the bathroom area was not pretty, has “mold” and on a past was white and now is like yellowish. But overall really nice. Staff was friendly and really nice. Definetly will stay here again.

We arrived a day early. Check in was fine. Got to the room we only had two set of bath towels and the room was booked for 3 adults after asking for towels and wash clothes the guy behind the counter writes the room number down and say we will receive some the next day . Next day comes no towels or wash clothes when we asked they told us we needed to come to the desk before 10 we were given pool towels but no wash clothes. We cleaned our own room took out our own trash and they still trying to take my deposit. Never again will I stay there and i will advise my family and friends not to as well. So very disappointed

I love the stay although when it was time to check out after 2 days, the man in the office refused to give me my 100 dollar deposit because one of the towels got a mark on the from the HOTEL pool tables that were cracked and brown junk got on one of the towels ! ALSO there is NO jacuzzi or steam room like the pictures they have posted! Other than that it was a great stay for a beach weekend out of town
