Blue Corner Cottage is an Historic one bedroom beach house, just 5 th house from the Beach. Step outside and you can see the Gulf of Mexico.Located at 28 Glendale St in the Clearwater Cottages District.. Families have enjoyed these Beach Cottages since 1925 . Laid back large families with children and pets will have a great beach vacation. Clearwater Cottages amenities include designer kitchens featuring, granite counter tops, Samsung Stainless Steel full size refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave, and all kitchen utensils. All living rooms and bedrooms have LC wall mounted TVs with DVD in most rooms.
Shared Key West style back yard has wood party deck , Tin Roof Gazebo, 2 Weber BBQ grills, bicycles and Large shade trees and tropical plants. Guest love to gather in the fence yard after a day at the beach. Children make new friends and parents can watch children from the cottages. Like going to camp at the beach.

Make a cup of coffee in the full size kitchen and just walk down the block and enjoy the morning surf. At night, take a cold drink out of your full size refrigerator, and take our coolers and beach chairs down to the beach to watch the sunset.

The children can walk back and forth to the beach unsupervised as there are no streets to cross. The shared Key West Style backyard has Weber gas BBQ grills and and a covered Tin Roof Gazebo, wood deck with chairs and tables with large Tropical plants and trees, a favorite spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, a cold beer from the outside refrigerator and great for private parties at night.
This small house is perfect for romantic couple, family with 3 small children, or 3 adults. Corner Cottage is a stand alone small house , 130 steps from the beach. Remodel in 2018.

Pets are welcome add Club fee for pet one, add property fee for pet two. We do not suggest guests with allergies book a pet friendly property. We love pets and most of our nearby restaurants allow pets and the beach is pet friendly just 3 blocks north of Clearwater Cottages district

As of 2023 our insurance no longer covers hotel
bike rentals. However you can always walk to clear water paddle board rentals where they do have bicycle rentals

Perfect location to the beach! Just a few steps away. Easy walk to great restaurants. Capt Al and Dominic were extremely helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. The Shipwreck bar across the street had a few rowdy patrons but overall was ok and not every night.

Very nice cottages. A great place to stay for a week at the beach. Well kept. Cottages are a bit older, but nice and have nice updates. A great family vacation. Owner and staff are extremely helpful and will Go out of their way to make your stay great.

Cozy Little Beach Cottage ⛱️
Captn Al was awesome with his communication. Maintenance crew, Dominick, was adamant with keep up and very friendly with a great sense of humor.The place was perfect- small but great for 2 people! We loved the atmosphere of the house. Beach-Tacky and definitely an escape from just being at a typical hotel. I loved having kitchen material just because cooking at home is money savvy. We really enjoyed it.. and did NOT want to leave lol We will definitely be back in touch with Al and see about scheduling another visit soon! :)

Just what we needed
Clean. Well, laid out. Plenty of towels in the shed for us to use, along with tons of boogie boards, floaty’s chairs, and umbrellas There were hooks everywhere, which made it easy to dry off swimsuits. The host friendly and available. The recreation area was just paradise. My kids were able to walk to the beach, barefoot. The only downside was that we got a lot of mosquito bites our first night. I was able to reduce it by spraying the front door with mosquito repellent, since there were gaps in the front door’s weatherstripping.

Great Place to spend a vacation
Thank you Capt Al For making out vacation at Clearwater cottages great and lots of fun.Very relaxing.We had everything we needed and Karen and Al were awesome.The cottages are very close to everything.This is the second time we have stayed and we intend to return.

Charming historic cottage! Great Beach Location
Charming and historic beach cottage. We loved that the cottage was so close to the beach. We walked everywhere with bars and restaurants nearby. Captain AL was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. He had beach chairs, beach towels water toys and anything you may need for the day at beach . Would stay here again!

Clearwater Cottages are AMAZING
My vacation at Clearwater cottages was great. Capt Al and Karen really went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed.The location was perfect very relaxing.Thank you for the afternoon boat ride around the harbor.We will be back soon.

Different property, great stay.
The original cottage was unavailable do to sewer pipe problem. Captain Al had another, bigger property available , which we took. It was very nice and glad it was open on short notice.
