The staff are truly wonderful! The hotel is very charming though could be improved with some lights on the stairs.

This hotel was absolutely charming. The lobby/sitting area was like an old fashioned living room and a nice area to relax in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite and having the extra room and sitting area was lovely. The staff was so kind and helpful in answering questions and sharing directions. This property is a little further away from the main area of town with all of the restaurants etc so after sightseeing all day, we ended up basing our eating options on what was closer. We loved Aix En Provence and if we are ever fortunate to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here.

I really have enjoyed my stay. I have nothing negative to say obviously you get what you paid for my room which was a studio with balcony was very comfortable and large. It’s had everything inside I needed and as it’s described the stuff were very friendly and very helpful. the area might look dodgy a bit but it’s haven’t bothered me as it’s Marseille at the end of the day if you know you know, but there is nothing to worry about I’ve been many times in Marseille. I love it there I’m definitely going back again.
