WALK to restaurants, lighthouse and shops! Charming cottage, cozy & bright!

Cottages at Neptune Way #3 is the perfect spot for a couples getaway! Located just steps from the SSI village with shops, restaurants, and the lighthouse! Stroll to the pier, Neptune park pool and playground, or bike to the beach! Spray the sand off at our outside shower then hang out on the shared patio. This unit is one of 3 cottage apartments on one property.

The property is a 1930's bungalow that has been fully renovated and split into 3 cottages with beautiful finishes for a high-end experience and the location is EVERYTHING! Here you will be able to walk 1 block over to the village shops and restaurants and 3 blocks to walk by the ocean and visit the lighthouse. This property is set on a quiet street tucked between a park with gorgeous oaks (photo-moment!) and on the other side the start of the village/pier area to walk to local shops and restaurants.

The main beach is just a short 3 minute drive, but we recommend renting bikes or a (street legal) golf cart for the ultimate island experience. You will love your stay at the Cottages at Neptune Way. We hope to host you soon!

Perfect Location
My wife and I enjoyed a Sunday-Wednesday stay at this property. The host gave easy and exact directions for the check in process. The unit was as described and exceeded our expectations. The area was quiet and easy to get to anything. Would recommend renting bikes (which we did) to enjoy the area more. Great restaurants within walking/biking distance. Check out Village Inn one block over for music and good times. Would love to come back in the future. 5 ⭐️

Cute little place!!
We love to be able to walk everywhere and this place allows us to walk to all the stores. The pier is only a short walk. Live music at a few places on Friday and Saturday nights. Also a couple minute walk. Went to the market at the park. Found a great used book store. The only place we drive to was the beach. Only a five minute drive to the park (With bathrooms), where you can park and walk to the beach. The cottage was great. Room for two. Washer dryer, big shower great water pressure and heat on demand. Stocked kitchen. This was a great stay. Will be back. Make sure to visit fort Frederica on your way off the island. It’s free!

The property is in an ideal location. We parked our car and didn’t move it until we left. The only negative we found was there was not enough light outside at night to see the key pad to enter the property.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We spent more time inside than we usually do because of the time of year and the unusually cold temperatures. The owners thought of everything when they furnished and equipped this cottage, it so warm and cozy. Just can’t say enough about what a great place this was!

Weekend Getaway
We were looking for a place to stay the weekend of the RSM Classic, and as soon as I saw this listing, I knew I couldn’t say no. A little bungalow with the cutest decor, and it didn’t disappoint. It was the perfect space for two 30-somethings. Walking distance to restaurants. Equipped with everything you would need. I’m very picky when it comes to rentals, so I was very relieved the moment we got there. Thank you for a great stay! Also, SSI was gorgeous, even in the middle of November.

Perfect location
If you are looking for that perfect place that is close to the pier/shops/beach but quite and out of the crowds, this is it. Well maintained and has all the essentials for a couple's stay. Beautiful home!
Aletha was easy to reach and responsive and helpful! The house is adorable…as is the neighborhood and island. The check in/out was very easy and Aletha put us in touch with a golf cart rental company that delivered it to our door before our arrival. My 10 year old son and I also rented bikes which were a lot of fun! I would definitely stay here again! We loved it!!

The house is located within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and road everywhere we wanted to go. There is a park close by as well. I would highly recommend this rental. It is nicely decorated and very clean!!

Great little getaway
Loved the location of this property! Close to the pier and walking through the shops and some restaurants. Outdoor space of property is great and we enjoyed often! Inside space is well decorated and thought out. It is a little tight but for 2 people it’s perfect especially if you’re not there often. Close to beach access however with beach stuff could be difficult to walk to. A lot of items provided in this unit which made it easy to stay! Would recommend this property!
