Welcome to Peachtree Oak Cottage! Located in the quiet neighborhood of St. Simons Heights, this home has the perfect amenity mix of location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping on St. Simons Island. This back yard and outdoor living space is something that should not be missed!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The amazing amenities include two decks, a wood burning firepit, and oyster cooker / eating station perfect for a family gathering overlooking the beautiful marsh and pond area! This house has incredible and spacious back yard with views of the marsh - the perfect space to spend time with your family.

This home is a beautiful one level design with cozy living areas featuring a dramatic double opening fire place. Spending time with family and friends is made easy in this fully updated Kitchen and Living area!

Reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day may request (in advance) a complimentary punch pass to access the Neptune Park Fun Zone located in the Pier Village. This Punch Pass (up to 10 punches, 1 punch per person) will give guests access to the community waterfront pool and/or miniature golf.
