WOW! That’s what we say every time we walk into our Condo, the views beckon you to the 24 feet of glass doors! As you step outside onto the private balcony, you sit down and decide this is where you will spend your entire vacation. Wait, there’s all those beaches you need to explore on St. Thomas and St. John too!

Make your next Vacation an Escape to Pearl of Paradise, our spacious, 1 Bedroom/2 Bath, 1200 square foot condo with a Private Balcony Overlooking the Caribbean, Sugar Beach and views to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Pearl of Paradise is managed by us, the owners with the help of an on-island representative! We love the interaction with our guests and can't seem to give it up to anyone else! The biggest and best difference between renting directly with us and a unit only available through the in house rental pool is that we’re able to focus on just one rental at a time – YOURS! We can also GUARANTEE that THIS is the property you'll get when you arrive. There are also no reservation or resort fees when booking with us.

Our home away from home is located on the desirable East End of the island. The East End and Red Hook area contains the heart of the boating industry; with great Day Sail, Powerboat and Snorkeling Charters available within minutes of our place.

Perched on a hill, you will enter to a large open living room and kitchen that offer breath-taking views no matter where you are in the living spaces. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Groceries are on your own but we do not believe you should start a rental with nothing - A bottle of Rum, Coke, juice, muffins for breakfast, and a pot of coffee for your first day to get you started on your vacation. We provide you with a welcome packet via e-mail so you know where to shop for food and liquor. Concierge service is available by working with our property manager, she can have your groceries and supplies ready for you when you arrive!

We provide all linens including beach towels. Make sure when you hit the beaches you bring the cooler, beach chairs, beach bag and snorkel gear provided.

Spend the day relaxing on the balcony with one of the lounge chairs. Enjoy your meals outside on the large table which will seat 6 comfortably.

“Pearl of Paradise” boasts privacy for two couples.

You can enjoy privacy in the separate bedroom, which offers a King size bed, with a memory foam topper for ultimate comfort. This bedroom has its own beautifully remodeled master bath with shower and double sinks. If you plan on traveling with family or friends the couch converts into a sleeper sofa. Not just a sofa sleeper where a bar slams into your back at night. The sleeper has been upgraded with new Upholstery, and a Deluxe Cool-Max sofa mattress with Memory and Gel infused foam.

For larger groups, there is an additional queen size air bed which inflates to 14 inches of comfort. The air pump is electric operated. Babies or toddlers in your group, you can leave your traveling crib at home. The condo has a Graco Pack n Play with sheets provided.

There is a separate remodeled second bath, complete with shower off the living room.

If you choose to check in with family, friends or the office while on vacation WE OFFER UNLIMITED FREE WiFi with a battery back-up!

You are a few steps away to the lovely middle pool where you can enjoy one of the best views of the BVI and St John.

On your way to any of the pools, make frozen drinks with our blender to take with you or fill up the cooler and bring it down. Or, take the nature trail down to our romantic just-for-two beach. Down at the Shoreline Pool, you can grab a drink at the Bar or some appetizers and dinner while you enjoy the Shoreline Pool.

Coki Beach is a quick 1-2 minute drive. At Coki, you will find incredible snorkeling and diving. There is a dive shop on site at Coki. Kids and Adults alike will enjoy Coral World.

Megans Bay is about a 10 minute drive and always rated one of the top 10 beaches every year! Our favorite relaxing beach, Lindquist Beach (Smith Bay Park) is just a 5 minute drive away.

As our guest you can use any of the three pools. The Terrace Pool is the closest to the condo and has amazing views just like the condo!

Relax on the balcony, explore St. Thomas and St. John, make memories, wear flip flops and enjoy your stay! We want to ensure that you have a great vacation, feel free to contact us or our on-site property manager with any questions you may have.

Amazing views! Attentive Hosts!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Pearl of Paradise. Cathy and Tom provided tons of recommendations which were super helpful for our first time in Saint Thomas. The beds were comfy, the place is super cute and had everything we needed and more! We can't wait to come back.

Fantastic property and vacation
A view to die for., I could sit there all day and soak it in. But a lot to do and see. My wife and our 3 college age children had plenty of room. The condo was clean and provided snorkel gear. The one time I did need help the property manager took care of the problem in 30 seconds!! Great condo, great vacation!

Incredible Views in large condo with extremely helpful owners
We rented this amazing condo for a week in April. Our group consisted of 2 couples and the condo was certainly large enough to accommodate us. The pull out bed was comfortable and the master suite is massive. Having 2 full bathrooms definitely helps as well. The balcony is certainly the condo's best feature, it includes 2 lounge chairs and a 6 person table to eat at and enjoy the incredible views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. We rented a car for the week and that turned out to really enhance our experience by allowing us easy access to town for groceries and restaurants as well as visiting several different beaches. Our host Cathy was extremely responsive and helpful in ensuring that our experience on St. Thomas was amazing. Any questions I had about traveling to St. Thomas, the beaches, condo inclusions etc were quickly answered. She truly wants you to have an amazing time! St. Thomas is a wonderful place to visit and you'll get the full experience staying in this Condo!

Amazing view and great value for the price
As an avid traveler on a budget this was a great place to stay for the price. The first thing you see is the beautiful view from the balcony and it was a delight to have breakfast every morning looking out at the blue water and other islands in the distance. The condo was clean and spacious enough for 3 of us to feel comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay (coffee pot, stove, fridge, 2 TVs), plus an abundance of bath towels, beach towels, and bedding. The location was convenient to restaurants in Red Hook, grocery stores/Wallgreens/Kmart, Coral World, and to some beautiful beaches. The beaches on the property were not ones you could swim at - Sugar Beach was pretty but very small and Pineapple Beach was under construction and now worth going to. The pool area was nice and very quiet, we had it to ourselves most of the time. The only complaints I would have were that there was construction happening across the bay and we could hear jack hammering early every morning and we could hear the loud music from the resort next door almost every night but we were away from the condo so much that this wasn't a big issue. It was great to be able to contact the rental manager and the owners with any questions during our stay and the whole process of renting was easy and without issue. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who would like to stay a bit away from an overcrowded resort and have access to an amazing view and pristine quiet Smith's Bay beach only 5 min away, or a quick 20 min ride to down town for lunch and shopping. We had a wonderful time here and can't wait to return.

Don’t hesitate to stay here it’s perfect!!
My family of 5 stayed at the condo for a little over a week and we can’t say enough good things about the condo and the owners/Propery manager. The condo had everything we could need. The owners provided suggestions on things to do and were always very fast to respond. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! When we arrived they had drinks in the fridge and air mattress already setup for our kids. The pull out sofa was also nice for our young daughter. The view was amazing and the location was close to everything. We hope to make it back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!
We spent a full week at Cathy's VRBO and thoroughly enjoyed our time in her condo. The condo was spacious and clean, she provided plenty of linens, shower essentials, and basics in the kitchen. Additionally, the amount of info that she provided both via email prior to our arrival and then in the condo as well was amazing! All of the recommendations were spot on, the restaurants were yummy and all the beaches that they mentioned were exactly as described and perfect for us. Amazing Time

We'll stay here again. We loved our time at this beautiful little condo located in Point Pleasant Resort. Cathy provided everything you need in this property to make your family's stay in St. Thomas unforgettable. Our favorite things to do were to sit out on the patio looking out over an incredible view. We loved doing that at night and stargazing. My family's absolute favorite thing to do was to hike down the stairs to Sugar Beach. It was so secluded and so beautiful. Cathy was very responsive to any questions and was really easy to work with. Book it, you'll love it!

Beautiful Accommodations
Wonderful property with amazing views! We enjoyed several meals on the balcony and found it very peaceful and quiet in spite of it being a large complex. We enjoyed the private beach with our children and largely had it all to ourselves. I would strongly recommend this property for a nice get away and would stay here again! The property owner was in close contact in the days leading up to our stay and the process was seamless.

Expansive Views, Wonderful Amenities
After Walking into the condo we were welcomed w the Caribbean Sea and rum cocktails . The hype of the views proved to be correct . Being perched on top of the hill gives this property breathtaking views of the mesmerizing sea and sun rises. This property also has two restaurants, a quick walk to Margaritaville and a short drive to St John’s ferry in Red Hook. I would not hesitate to book as it holds its own w the Island experience and is a great spring board to explore more. Thank you Cathy and Tom for the prior PDFs informing us about the lay of the land .

A great trip to St. Thomas
Our trip to St.Thomas was amazing. taking a group of 4 kids, the youngest being 19, is always a gamble. The Pearl of Paradise made it a winning bet. The unit was beautiful, clean and really well appointed. We liked it better than the unit my brother-in-law and his family stayed at, and it was a two bedroom unit. Evenings on the deck, swimming at the pool, eating at the restaurant, driving to the property were all great times. We can't stop talking about all the fun we had. The hurricane damage made us realize how fragile our environment is, and made us respect the strengths of the islanders, the birds, lizards, mongooses, and the plant life. Everything there is strong and beautiful. The downtown, the mountain top, the trip to St. John's were amazing. We want to return, and my daughter is seriously considering moving there when she graduates. To say we had a great time at the Pearl of Paradise, and the A.V.I. is an understatement.

Ideal location on St. Thomas
Located in the beautifully landscaped and exceptionally well maintained Point Pleasant Resort, the condo provides the ideal setting for a visit to St. Thomas. The condo is roomy and well-appointed with virtually all the supplies you will need for a long stay (2 weeks in our case). The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the arrangements for the comfort of their guests. And of course the view of St. John and the surrounding islands from the veranda and living room are unparalleled. I would highly recommend Pearl of Paradise to any travelers to the USVI.
