"Having a lot of hotel amenities was not important to us as we spend our time on excursions, etc, needing the hotel only for sleeping. Bluebeard is good for that. The walk to local restaurants and shopping is quite a journey, so you will either have to rent a car ( they drive on the left ) or taxi everywhere. Be careful of a few of the cab drivers up charging you. A mixed bag of good and not so good attitudes with the staff, which is what you will find throughout the island. Overall, not a bad...
