"after a disaster booking elsewhere in Pisa. The room was ready for us and the staff were lovely and professional, Muhammed guided us to our room and showed us how to work the key. The room was very generous in size, the bed was clean and comfortable - i slept like a log! Bathroom is huge with various different toiletries to select and a lovely warm shower. "Very clean room with comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and water pressure is high with hot water. Location is 5min walk to the train station. We loved this hotel. The only thing is there are 5 steps up going to the reception from the main door and another 3 steps up to the elevator. Nevertheless, the reception was very helpful and friendly to help us carry our big luggages. This hotel is highly recommendable."

"Great boutique hotel in amazing location. Did have to wait outside for 15 minutes before manager arrived to let us in! Room was “intimate” but lovely for an overnighter. Silly things : tv didnt work (not requried) as electric adaptor not working so no kettle either ! No spoons. Coffee machine and kettle - not bags or milk (and manager not on site to provide any) However manager was very cheerful - gave us the knowledge we needed for the area and we were straight out to enjoy pizza in Pisa !
