You can use the pool (unheated) and sauna in the arched hall on the park grounds, as well as the all-weather playground in a separate area.
The apartment has approx. 115/120 sqm and is arranged over 2.5 floors as a maisonette. On the ground floor the living area with fireplace/stove and kitchenette. On the upper floor 2 double rooms and 2 beds in the open gable.
The apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms/WCs and has separate access and its own furnished terrace.
You live in a charming secluded location approx. 2 km behind the sea dike (Sehestedt lido) at the Wadden Sea National Park - in the middle of a spacious, park-like garden (approx. 8,000 m²) with old trees and small ponds, as well as a relaxation area with pool and sauna, shower and sunbathing lawn.
There is an all-weather playground for children.
Shopping facilities are provided by an organic farm (approx. 3 km) and the village of Seefeld (approx. 5 km).
