"Oppiner St is a bit away from the main Train station and Marktplatz (town center) but it's right next to the Trotha tram station and there are a number of trams to whisk you either place in minutes. "We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. ..."
