To enter and exit there is a small number of stairs.

To add on to the listing description the home goes along with a great location that gives an easy trip to get to downtown Stamford where you have access to a large variety of restaurants. As well as all the other things that come with downtown Stamford such as theaters, parks, and shopping centers.

- We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week.

The amenities summary said hot tub…there was no hot tub. This is an older basement that was damp and a little musty. We were downstairs from another group of 4-5 young men who were very Loud even after 10 pm quiet time. It rained all day and the inside mat and much of the front entrance flooded. The host/hostess was very nice and helpful but not a great unit. Would not retur !
