"Three friends traveling in southern Germany. We booked on-line and arrived around 8 pm. The hotel is about 150 years old and has nice character and charm. We choose this as it was on the way from Munich to Neuschwanstein Castle. The doors used metal keys. The room was a good size and had two windows that I opened to bring in cool air. "The property is very large! We didn’t even fill all the rooms. This is a great place to stay with a large group. The house is a 25-30 min walk from 2 train stations which we used to travel into Munich. The location was great and felt very safe. We did not have the right entry code sent to us ahead of time, so we did have to call the owner to get us very late at night.
