Enjoy this beautiful updated 2 bedroom top floor condo just steps away from ski trails, mountain biking, and hiking. In a quiet setting above the base of the mountain, perfect for family getaways or time with friends.

Imagine waking up in a comfortable king sized bed (both bedrooms), head to the updated stainless kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Suit up in your coats, boots and helmets from the custom mud bench and take the elevator down to the 1st Floor, grab you skis from your ski locker and head out the side door. Strap on your gear and enjoy a green run down to Chrisite Base. When you are ready for lunch or a break, avoid the crowds in the chalet and ski back to the condo, kick off your boots and enjoy some sandwiches or burgers on the BBQ (Condo Balcony). When you are ready to head back out, toss dinner in the crock pot and ski the rest of the afternoon. When your day is done, ski home, use the provided boot dryer, and spoil yourself with the choice of a steam shower, heated-jetted bath, or warm up by the wood burning stove. If you are in a social mood, a short walk across the parking lot will put you at the community heated pool and hot tub. Cap off your night by watching a television program on any of the 3 flatscreen TV’s in the condo.

My wife and I used to live in the Aspen/Snowmass area where we were headed to reunite with some old friends. Since we had never visited Steamboat during our years in Colorado we decided to make a detour and visit the area. We had a great time discovering Steamboat and the condo fit our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. High marks in all areas.

Fantastic Stay in Steamboat!
This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is an ideal place to stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The unit is directly across from the pool and gym. Parking is easy. We had absolutely no issues during our 2 week+ stay during the summer of 2024. I would strongly recommend to those interested in visiting Steamboat.

Wonderful Steamboat condo
This condo was amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need were provided! The description is accurate and it’s even better than we had hoped for. The bed was very comfortable and the place is really quite large. It’s perfect for 2 couples although we were alone. The grill on the patio was perfect. We grilled several nights. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Steamboat.

Exceeded expectations
From the moment you walk in the door, you will appreciate the details and overall comfort of this condo. We enjoyed the ease of a true ski in/out and appreciated having ski lockers that were easily accessible before heading back upstairs. Our days started early on the slopes and then afterwards we walked across the parking lot to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool. If you don't want to take advantage of those, there is also a steam shower that is absolutely amazing after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen while watching the last bit of light slip away over the mountains. We ended our days with a fire each night. We never turned on the tvs! Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are surprisingly quiet. Downtown is only a few minutes away if you want to head to dinner or do some shopping. Grocery stores are also conveniently located. The hosts were responsive and really made us feel at home. This is a true gem, don't sleep on this one.

Incredible — Start to Finish
I usually don’t leave reviews (I should, but I am lazy) but I simply had to here. The place is incredible. We skied right out the back door onto the mountain; a lovely Green trail that led right down to the two gondolas. The condo itself was immaculate, and filled with loving decorative touches making it the perfect ski condo. There is every amenity at your fingertips (thanks for the crock pot use!). Really, nothing is missed. The steam shower was terrific after a long day on the slopes, as was the outdoor hot tub for the adults and the outdoor pool for the kid at the spa that is literally across the parking lot. The owners responded to the few inquiries we had immediately. I can’t say enough about this beautiful mountain condo experience. Thank you James and Martha!

True ski in/ski out, well equipped condo
We loved our stay in Steamboat at this condo. We could tell it was personally owned by James and Martha because of the personal touches: well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, memory foam beds, and even the boot dryer/warmer! It is a true ski in/out which was key for us with a toddler. Cons that have nothing to do with our hosts: the shuttle often ran off-schedule and the pool was barely warm and we got chilled.

Perfect ski in ski out condo
Best equipped VRBO I have stayed in, everything you need in kitchen, full cable and ROKU, even had humidifiers for dry winter air and a grill. Lots of local brochures, playing cards and games as well. The hosts provided great communication and quick responses. Storm Meadows Club has direct access to the slopes and a nice hot tub and spa. Perfect place for a relaxing ski week. Would stay there again, but rent a car as shuttle ends early and Uber/Lyft service is minimal and the town of Steamboat is a few miles away. Thanks Martha, well done.

Thoughtfully appointed ski in / ski out condo
The condo had many amenities and we arrived to find it clean and well stocked for us. We loved being able to use the pool and hot tub across the way after a great day of skiing. The owners were very responsive; It is obvious they love their condo and made sure we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. The ski storage locker was conveniently located by the ski in/ski out entrance. The location is great to ski in/out from, dropping you on to the Why Not trail which takes you to the gondola area. Note that to get to shops, grocery and restaurants, you will need to take the bus which comes every 30 minutes, or bring a car. This is a great option for a Steamboat vacation!
