"Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Happy overall for the price we paid in what has become an expensive town to own property in. There were a few things in the rental that looked to need attention but overall they did not blemish our stay."

"We were only here for one night but the host was accommodating in letting us check in a littler earlier than 4, the space of the home is AMAZING! It’s just as described in the listing and I will definitely be back. Beautiful home and in a quiet neighborhood as well! Very close to the amp which was a blessing for the show we went to! "

"We loved this cute little place. Had great decor and it was a safe area, and close to downtown. Clean and well kept. Kitchen area had what we needed. The bathroom has poor ventilation, but the shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot. The mattress was our biggest complaint. It was sort of raised up higher near our feet, much like a hospital bed. We didn't sleep well either night. The pillows were also a bit too soft. "

"This was a great little property in downtown Bentonville that made house hunting for my family very easy. There were maps of the city everywhere that made navigating a breeze. Clean and well stocked. The only thing I didn’t like was the bunkbeds. They were not great and the top bunk was not easy to use. My two children ended up sharing the full button bed. "

"The property was perfect for our family of 9! We spent a lot of time on the deck in between attending a wedding in Fayetteville. It was close to the airport to pick up family as well. "When they say this place is on the bluffs, its legit! an amazing host. Very accommodating to arrival time. They keep extra life vest on property for people to use. Solid internet quality and the beds are comfy. Location makes it easy to access town (about a 15-20min drive). Just like the other reviews say you are very close to others so privacy outside is a minimal but wasnt even a negative issue for us. They only thing that caught us off gaurd was the bedroom that has the full over full bunk....
