"I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices. "

"The apartment is very nice, with a great location in rural black forest. We had a wonderful couple of days exploring at the end of our holiday."

"The property and rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast is not available but a ahort ride into town iffers several options for eating. Keep in mind that there is not an elevator and it seems that the rooms are on higher levels. Overall I would recommend staying here as it is secure and a lovely place."

"This property has to offer one of the most relaxing holidays you could ever hope for. It is ideally situated for visiting The Black Forest, Switzerland and the Alsace Wine Route. "We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a lovely time. The place is actually better than the pictures. Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). The balcony is lovely in the morning for breakfast amd the garden is great for drinks and lazing around. Swimming in the lake is great! The only down side was the neighbours macross the road making a noise."

Really nice hotel in a great location

"It's in great location, walkable from the main train station and also walkable to the main touristy/restaurant area of the city. The room we had was huge, more like a small apartment. Everything was in great condition and checkin was super easy. Having the free bus pass was very handy, as it meant we could make our way back to the airport at no extra charge (you need bus 50 to get to the airport, it stops just on the left hand side (as you are walking out) of the main entrance to the SBB station. The only slight negative is the room felt quite warm, which was the case for all of the hotels we stayed in in Switzerland. We had air con but turning that down didn't make too much of a difference. But I would say this is a great place to stay if visiting Basel or even if you are just transiting through e.g. making your way to or from the mountains. "

"Everything about this hotel works well. Good location near the city centre but is quiet during the night. Try and get a garden room rather than one facing the street. Breakfast is eye watering in price but it’s nice. Restaurant can do an evening meal but it’s not a great choice."
