"It’s a nice cabin with 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds sufficient for five children/teenagers) surrounded by other similar cabins with wonderful views. There is a beautiful terrace facing the mountains. Ideal for hiking in summer. "We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for...

"Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Nice apartment in a lovely little village in the mountains outside of Salzburg. Perfect weather, much cooler in the mountains than down in Salzburg in July! Very quiet small village of maybe a few dozen people but only minutes away from Hallein and Salzburg. Hiking trails everywhere around the village. They even have a built in alarm to make sure you don’t oversleep and miss anything! "I took my mom to Austria, close to where the Romy Schneider Sissi movies were filmed. Hintersee was perfectly located, literally at the end of the road! It is perfect for people wanting to experience Austria in all its glory. And who love to immerse themselves in the local community. "The hotel is great with beautiful scenery from the balcony. Building condition a little run down, when we open the room balcony door, the door latch came out. But overall the room is comfortable and very clean. I love the heated toilet flooring which is so comfortable when spend time in the toilet. Me and my husband had a very pleasant stay for a night at this hotel. The only disappointment was during the arrival. No car is allowed to drive to the hotel. The instruction given was to go to parking P1 and press the hotel shuttle service button, hotel will arrange shuttle to pick up. We waited at P1 location in the super cold weather without a seat for almost an hour. After numerous pressing of button and 2 calls, finally the shuttle arrived. The distance to hotel is just about 5 to 10 minutes drive but we waited in the cold for almost one hour. We hope the hotel can improve the shuttle service and give clearer instruction to their guests. The instruction given today is for guests who drive there not for guest who take taxi there. "

Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great."
