Scallop and Fishing Paradise

The Shells N Tails Rental home is perfect for fishermen or families looking for a relaxing vacation. Located on 1st Street W, this quiet and peaceful home is within walking distance of a boat ramp, Roy's Restaurant, the bait shop and the new marina. Be on the water in minutes after leaving the home.

There is plenty of parking for your boat or golf cart, both under this stilted home and in front of the home. (Please note the home has a 10ft clearance underneath.) Security cameras are located on premises for your protection and your boats security.

The Shells N Tails Rental is located in a quiet 4 unit complex. There are 2 homes in each unit similar to a duplex. The townhome is located on the left side of the green home in 205A.

We have recently replaced all flooring in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom contains a new king size bed with an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Comfortable sheets are supplied on all beds. In the living room, a full pull-out sofa bed is also available. Fresh towels and wash clothes are supplied in both bathrooms.

We are happy to say we now have fiber optic high-speed internet. The satellite TV in the living room is on Dish Network and has streaming capabilities. Another TV is located in the Master Bedroom and works with several apps.

After spending a long day on the Gulf, cook or grill your fresh catch. All basic amenities are stocked in the kitchen. A new grill has been added on the back porch.

If you are ready to get on the water, this fishing paradise is for you.

Scalloping in Steinhatchee
Location of this property was perfect as it was only about 2 blocks from the Steinhatchee Marina. Overall cleanliness of the property was very good. I believe the cleaning service could have done a better job in the kitchen… many of the pots and pans needed washing. Some nice adds included bottled water, snacks, coffee makings and extra toiletries. Property owner was quick to respond to questions but not necessarily in the warmest of ways but communications were via the messaging piece of the VRBO app and I believe she had some poor experiences with previous renters.

Peacful retreat

Home away from home!
Our family’s home was hit by the hurricane. We needed to work in that house, but unable to stay there. We rented from Pamela. She was easily accessible and great to work with. She made accommodations for our family and we truly appreciate it! I highly recommend her home!!
