"Our family had a fantastic time in this rural villa. The space was very clean and well-kept as were the grounds (almost too much as they were there mowing grass several times during our stay and for most of the day). "The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental."

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."

"There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
