From the cake, card, and treats that staff left in the room for him, to answering all my questions and helping with all our requests, they went above and beyond and were always kind. Everything was clean. The room was large and well laid out. Pool was the perfect temp and the hot tub wasn’t too hot. Definitely will be staying here next time we’re in Buffalo"
