Enviably located only a few minutes walk away from the famous Stinson beach in the area that perfectly reflects that laid back Californian spirit, this adorable cottage is tailored with comfort and practicality in mind and ideally accommodates 2-3 people.

Well-arranged with large windows and plenty of natural light, the living room joins the dining area and the kitchen, creating a warm, cosy space, with an irresistible holiday vibe. Pull out sofa bed that makes into a full-sized bed.

One bedroom with a queen-size bed soothes with soft tones and textures, proving ease and rest. Along with the regular commodities found in the room, the bedroom has generous windows offering plenty of natural light.

Loved this place
This was a clean and tidy place with a very short walk to the beach. We loved it. It was quiet and tastefully decorated. Stinson Beach has an amazing bakery and great choices for eating.

Very cute little beach house. Easy in/out, close to the beach. Only negative would be lack of an oven to cook. Otherwise, place was clean, really enjoyed it. Would stay again, for sure.

Cute beach house in an awesome location
We stayed here 3 nights while I was in the area for work. It was a great home base and the location is amazing. Very short walk to the beach. The house is small but well appointed and cozy and comfortable for a couple. Would stay there again.

Definition of Cozy
We were allowed to bring our rabbits and our cats to stay with us (rabbits in an x-pen)-- very rare for a vrbo to allow this so we really did appreciate the trust. Next time we are in the area we hope to stay here again! Such a comfortable little place. <3

A perfectly-sized little cottage for two plus a dog. Dog-friendly beach just a few steps away at end of street. Everything we needed including an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. On a quiet street, but be advised that Wednesday is trash day and there will be trucks traffic that morning.

Lovely stay at Stinson Beach
Cute and just the right size for a get away to the beach. The gated garden area was enjoyed by our dogs. The beach is just a short walk through a nice trail. The weather was perfect and the sound of waves, sea birds along with long walks on the beach made our trip special and memorable.

Perfect Little Beach House
The location of this cottage couldn't have been better -- steps from the beach and a short walk to town. Small but comfortable and furnished with everything you need. Nice fenced garden area with outdoor seating. Our dog was very happy here.

Cool Stinson Getaway!
Great little cabin that shares the backyard with neighboring cabin that works well for two couples with easy access to the beach... the dog friendly part of Stinson Beach. When not walking the beach with our dogs, loved hanging out in the backyard and especially enjoyed the fire pit!

Charming Beach Cottage
We loved our stay in this sweet beach cottage. Very close to the beach and easy walk into town. The cottage is fully stocked and comfortable. Dogs loved sniffing in the yard or snoozing on the deck surrounded by a lovely beach garden. Already missing it - will definitely come again!

Perfect for a couple or small family
We had a lovely Valentines/Presidents Day weekend in Stinson Beach. The listing was very accurate, and it wasn’t kidding about the proximity to the beach - our dogs loved their walks with easy beach access. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. We would definitely come back.

Cozy, comfy, and close to the beach!
My wife and I had an amazing stay here! Very comfortable with plenty of amenities for us. A fenced off yard for our dog to roam. A very short walk right to the beach. Did I mention the heated floors…they were awesome! I highly recommend staying here for a single person or a couple who needs that quality time with one another.

Tranquil Cottage steps from the beach
I had a lovely stay at his charming jewel. My dear mother had passed away recently and she loved the beach. I wanted to honor her memory and morn her loss at a pretty, calming place. I brought my dog and was grateful that the beach is so very dog friendly.

Fabulous place in a wonderful location!
We stayed here several days, it it was just perfect start to finish. The place is perfect for a romantic getaway, and the fabulous beach is just steps away. We watched the sunset every night, and then went back to a lovely fire pit in the yard. Our pupper had lots of outdoor space to explore in addition to the beach. The cottage was very nice and equipped with everything, and the bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again.
