"Schönes neues Haus, jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Toller Grill. Rundherum Baustellen, auf denen aber während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gebaut wurde. Allerdings steht jetzt inzwischen direkt vor dem Pool ein großes Haus, welches man auf den Fotos nicht sieht. "What an absolute gem. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was fabulous. Set in a lovely location above the marina, there a safe paths for walking and cycling along the boardwalk. The breakfast is sensational - so varied and delicious - we were very well looked after. Reception staff were very helpful and there is a great range if maps and experiences. We stayed two nights and had a great stay."

"Everything was great. I would have liked to see some smoked fish, mackarel at breakfast. Also, dissapointed that the beach lounge chairs were not free for the hotel guests as they are anywhere else in the world. I am very impressed with your staff. They were very helpful. I hope to return to Aurora."

Nice and fun family holiday

"Our one week family holiday was amazing. "It was our 2nd stay. The hotel ie good for families, great pool and activities for children. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Food is ok for an adult, but definitely not 4*, more like 2* - soups are made from powder, it is basically colored water with, disgusting. Same for desserts and mashed potateos - made from powder not from scratch. There is a children playground - run down and dangerous. Last year it was covered with wasps, this year there were 2 wasps nests and splinters pointing our from wooden attractions. It would be good if children evening activities start earlier - sometimes it started after 9pm, which was a joke for a party aimed to small kids. There is no beach, but within 10mins of walking, there is Pila beach (just concrete stage) with free loungers for hotel guests and you can use golf cart - but sometimes it is not very reliable - last year we ordered golf cart from main beach for a certain time and it has never arrived. Overall, it is ok hotel for families and if you are planning your vacation in Punat, this is a nice option, but keep in mind, this is not to 4* standard at all. It needs a lot of renovation (when it started to rain, water was pouring everywhere on walls, in the lobby, dining area, etc), more care for children safety and activities and definitely on food - I would prefer less options but at least a little bit tasty and homemade, therefore suitable for children."

You don’t want to stay here unless you have kids

"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."
