"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Sie liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Naumburg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich in Fußgänger - Reichweite vorhanden. Unter anderem gibt es auch einen Markt auf dem schnell erreichbaren Marktplatz von Naumburg. Die Bundesautobahn A9 ist gut in 20 min erreichbar. "Weimar is an absolute GEM in Germany. It is small enough to have a village, rural feel and large enough to have plenty of cultural experiences. The very best part are the parks- and this home is located at the very edge of a delightful one. Bikes are easy to rent, and the excursions from Weimar are uncomplicated. Generally excellent, but.....

"The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair at times. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs. I had written to the hotel about a couple of issues, butdid not get replies. The restaurant staff were always kind and helpful. The wifi was occasionally a bit hit or miss. "

Schloss Weissenburg - misleading pictures

"I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. The service was friendly at breakfast & that’s my reason for ranking this at okay. The lady was lovely & made our start to each day a pleasant one ."

"Great hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, well equipped. Quadruple room was great for us and our two kids. Would love to have parking better marked as well as signs at the back entrance. We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine. Would certainly stay here again!"
