The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. "Literally 5 mins away from the retail park (shops and food) but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! Really clear and easy to follow instructions to self-check in meant I could arrive at 22:00 and not feel worried! Definitely will be staying again!"

"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. We bought some descaler but it needs several attempts so we had to use a pan to heat water for drinks. The person in the accommodation...

"Had a lovely stay the hotel was spotless the housekeepers knocked on your door every morning asking if you wanted your room cleaning. Lovely helpful staff, the hotel was lovely we would definitely go back.
