When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous....

"The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous. We didn’t rent a “luxury” apartment so we can sleep on a stained couch. AC wasn’t working. Tv wasn’t working. When we reached out to ask about the Apple TV they didn’t even bother to respond. Way too overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable. I would give it less than a star if I could. "
