"Stokes Bay, and thus the cabins, is isolated. Situated on the cliff face, looking north, one is surrounded by silence and peace, mixed with dozens of kangaroos and even some sheep. Nearby is the only restaurant, sadly open only till 5 pm; so bring your own food or consider a drive to Kingcote (sadly with roo-danger for the nightly return. We stayed three nights to have a holiday… make daytime excursions and enjoy evenings at the cabin. Highly recommended, but not if you expect action!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and had the whole property to ourselves. We did day trips out but were always keen to come back to enjoy the view and the peace! The house had everything you could ask for (except for ceiling fan or pedestal fans in the bedrooms) but overall we are looking forward to booking this place again for longer and maybe in the cooler months. Communication and directions were great and easy to follow. "

"Sheoaks is an absolutely stunning property in a breath-taking part of Kangaroo Island. It had more than everything we needed and so many lovely spots to relax and enjoy that incredible view. Snelling Beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away and was our favourite beach of the island and The Fig Tree is also about a 5 minute walk and was a really special lunch experience.
