"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"I got there super early and I was offered to check in early as they had an empty room. I decided to pay for breakfast and it was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to stay close to the airport and it was easy to take the train and find my hotel. If one has the time there is shopping mall next door but I did not get to check it out. Very nice customer service. "

"We booked this hotel when trying to get the one by the airport. But honestly it was a nice mistake. The staff was ver friendly and near a big shopping mall that we walked to and spent sometime there because of the rain. It is also a five minute walk to the oestad train stop so a quick train ride into Copenhagen. "

Pleasant stay in Jr Suite

"Check in was easy. Some sloped ceilings were pointed out. Bathroom in jr. suite was the best we encountered of 3 stays in Denmark. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed dinner at restaurant one night and drinks another. Food was excellent and portions were large. Only one vegetarian option or we would have dined there second night. Breakfast was a treat. View was lovely. Host made the stay. "
