"We really enjoyed our stay- a quick overnight - and we would have enjoyed staying longer but we had to move on. I appreciated the large room, with amenities-- the ability to cook and have a dinner and breakfast "in" and the opportunity to enjoy the hot tub after driving, cooking and dinner. Communication was very good and I am sure if we had been able to stay longer- we would have enjoyed the sites close to the lodging and had an even nicer stay. Highly recommend."

"The Westman Islends are an amazing area and a must do in Iceland. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the manager was unbelievably helpful. Only 2 disadvantaged that would not stop me from returning. Although the beds are very comfortable there is barely enough space to get out of bed:) and that could be a problem for heavier people especially when using the bathroom at night. The second issue is that they do not offer complimentary coffe and sugar in the room . We had our own coffee but...

"Large, clean and spacious 2 bedroom house. We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. The bathroom was clean and there is a washing machine. It is about a 10 min drive from the main highway and there is a good restaurant at a nearby campground that is a 5 min drive away. Grocery store and gas station 10 min away at the main highway. The only complaint I have is the towels were small thin and scratchy. Otherwise great stay!"

"This is a friendly, funky little cabin with some unusual amenities. We loved the sunroom and enjoyed being able to be "outside" but still have some protection from the wind and the rain. We checked out the bubble room, but with the wind and the rain no one in our group opted to use it--but it is probably a great place to check out the northern lights when it's dark enough. The main cabin had the amenities we needed, but there was no freezer (so we had to eat our desert early) and several lights...
