The Stairs to the loft are gorgeous. Relax with table, chairs and a small room with a Futon in the Loft area. There is a fold out twin sofa bed in the Event Center and a large Sofa and TV in the living room area. Beautiful Bar areas. Backyard for Weddings, Engagement parties, Rehearsal dinners, Receptions, Bridal or Baby Showers, Holiday Events, Anniversary Parties or any Special Events. Lots of Parking. In the Spring or Summer, The Bald Eagles usually arrive and are captivating and majestic. Great to bring Binoculars to see them in their nest. Base rate is for families or small gatherings. WEDDING or EVENT FEE is added during the booking process for ANY EVENT. EVENTS ARE $2500 - $3000 including the base rental price from Fri-Sun. A Cleaning fee of$250 is added for Events.
