"Excellent location in the centre of town, excellent service with all staff being lovely. They held my bag before and after checkin. Room was excellent with it's own little kitchen. "

"Online check-in made things much easier on arrival. The room was very tidy and clean. The only "complaint" is that the mattress was very hard, but I guess that's normal these days. We used the hotel as a base but the free coffee each morning was a massive bonus."

"The receptionist on my arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to flight cancellations I had arrived after the kitchens had closed but she arranged some food and a drink for me. I'm unaware of her name but she deserves special credit. Also when booking out she was on duty again and so friendly. I booked on 23 September evening and out on 26 September so I hope she's recognised for her worth."

"The Clayton Hotel Belfast is updated, clean and staff are very friendly. It’s a great location to the city Centre. We were able to walk to restaurants and cites. "
