Great hotel but breakfast could be improved
The room was good and spacious. Parking very convenient and good location easy to access and walking distance from the city center. The spa is a wonderful plus. I just wish the breakfast was better like other hotels in the area that offer more cheeses and charcuterie. I rather have the Nespresso at breakfast than in my room.

Good value, but do not expect a real 4* hotel
We booked a room for one night so we could spend the night near the airport before an early flight the next day. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, right by the water, with free parking nearby. Upon arrival, the check-in desk is quite hard to find (you need to go to the bar). Staff was really nice. We stayed in a room on the second floor which didn’t look as large and recently remodeled as the pictures on hotels.com suggest - we were surprised this is even rated 4-stars. 3-stars would be more appropriate, in my opinion. The bathroom was of decent size with a large shower. The bed was comfortable (not too firm, not too soft, just right). All in all, a little disappointed with the room, but the price we paid (less than $100/night) and the friendliness of the staff made up for it. A good hotel for our needs.

I am sure they will answer my considerations wifi an apology. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. When a hotel says on Expedia they have free wi-fi, it is supposed to work. but it didn't, and I am from Brazil, my job starts is 5 hours earlier them Strasbourg France, and the wifi of the hotel Diana didn't work. I had to use my own line - 4g - and I spend more than one hundred euros . the hotel price is one hundred euros for the cheapest room, the one I have chosen in Expedia. I started to work on the internet at 4 am Paris time, 11 pm in brazils time. one day before at 11 am - Paris time - I went to the main desk to check out, paid the amount I had to pay, but I complained about the wifi. the person on the main desk just said- why you did not asked to change the room.???? I said I had spent one hundred dollars in internet, and the person just said I AM SORRY. How can a person, after 500 km drive from Kitzbühel on the check in date, at 4 am of the next day, with his wife and luggage, ask the main desk to chance the room. THIS IS UNACCETABLE THE MOST IMPORTANT AMENNITIES I FILTER ON EXPEDIA IS PARKING AND WIFI AND THIS HOTEL TELS IN APP EXPEDIA IT HAS WIFI WORKING IN ALL ROOMS. The day of the check out, I speak with another costumer on the parking lot, and he said to me that he also had to use his own 4g to do his work.

Great location
The location of the hotel was very good for us. It was 10 minutes walk from the town center with good restaurants. The cycle path is just outside the hotel in which we can cycle along the Alsace wine cycle path all the way to Colmar and beyond. I like the Sauna too but with COVID, it feels a bit odd. I wish we have booked a room with a balcony otherwise will return.

Our stay at this hotel was great, the room and the bathroom were very nice, except some web cobs on the ceiling in the room and bathroom. The swimming pool, the sauna and the fitness room were nice and we used them. The breakfast was good and very fresh products, and the outside terrace was very nice.

Good hotel in great location.
Enjoyed our one night stay here. Friendly and helpful young man on reception. Good parking area. Room was comfortable and had a fridge and coffee maker. The balcony was small and unfurnished. Excellent location being a short walk into the small but lovely town centre. Did not est in the hotel restaurant but it seemed fairly busy and prices were reasonable

Falling Short of the Mark
If you have a location problem, then you need to compensate somehow, for instance with great service, or terrific infra. This hotel did none of those things, which I suppose they can get away with when there are expos going on. The first impression in the service business is of course always crucial, especially with hotels. Unfortunately my first experience here was with an indifferent, vaguely arrogant man at reception. This, in combination with the location, which was in the expo area and the ongoing renovations, was not a good start. Other staff later made up for this, but not enough to change my initial feeling, especially when they have a pricing system that charges you for surface parking outside and little, annoying gauges on many other things. At least the shower was hot and the bed comfortable, although the room was small and had no balcony, which I consider a real minus.you’re
