Very small room and although staff were available for out of hours check-in, the hotel itself and the surroundings were dirty. This should have not been given any star rating so that people would think twice before booking and not get dissappointed by already knowing what they are in for ! That said, staff were very polite and helpful.

Good value accommodation, closely situated to major roads for convenient access. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel is located to what is currently a building site. I perceived the area to be a bit 'edgy', and not somewhere to be wandering around too much.

Good Service, good value hotel and good location

We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. We will continue to use this hotel in the future. Its location next to the M83 is ideal as we just pull off the motorway, have a meal and a good sleep, and then drive straight back on to the motorway to continue our journey.

Very old hotel

A very old hotel. The worst thing is the hotel manager, who has no morals and is very rude. The best thing that distinguishes the hotel is the price, which is considered the cheapest in the area.

Absolutely awful facilities. I will not book another night in this hotel. Inexpensive shouldn't be the same as filthy. This location lacks and cleaning in the hallways or elevator. The bathroom smelled a lot of pee. A one night stay before heading to Europa Park... bit not worth it, i regretted immediately not going somewhere else.

Really not a good experience: construction ungoing so waking you up at 8h50 on Saturday morning with jackhammer terrible noise. Sport room closed with no prior notice online. No soap in the bathroom. Heavy noise from the highway window closed or open it’s the same noise level

Das Hotel liegt sehr dicht an der Autobahn. Alles wie beschrieben und natürlich nicht leise, das sollte klar sein. Praktisch für eine Nacht. Wir waren länger dort und sind dann mit unserem Auto zum nächstgelegenen „P+R Baggersee“ gefahren und dann ab in die Tram👍 Das war schon prima so und macht sich natürlich beim Preis bemerkbar. Eben nicht direkte Zentrumslage. Aber ich wohne lieber etwas außerhalb, dafür günstiger. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Pool mit neuer Außenanlage und Außendusche, neue WCs, Kunstrasenflächen mit Sonnenstühlen, viele Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Schön!

L'accueil de nuit a été très laborieux et a duré plus de 20 minutes pour 3 chambres mais sinon la chambre était propre, les lits confortables. L'hotel est situé pas très loin d'une sortie d'autoroute ou de voie rapide et il est au calme. Le petit déjeuner était très satisfaisant.
