"I came to your property, stressed, upset, and displaced by another near hotel that had just refuse service after not having a room for myself and my emotional support dog after I booked and been dropped off at the hotel at booking or check-in time. I walked into your facility and was met with true customer service. Your employee, Kris , was not just pleasant with myself, but everybody who walked by seem to appreciate him, meet him with a smile and I just felt instantaneously 1000 times better....

"I didn’t like that I wasn’t given a key immediately when checking in. The front desk person said I had to talk with what was essentially a sales person. Also I would recommend you ask for the 3rd floor. We could hear the people above us. The overall room was decent though. "
