Bar staff very friendly and helpful. The burger was very good but pasta was average. Good buffet breakfast. Dining room staff are mainly helpful. The room feel a bit dark and dated.

Some of the staff members were not helpful. We had long journeys to get to the hotel and asked to order some food before the restaurant closed, but they said they couldn't do that. I thought this hotel was a four-star hotel? They don't even have room service, and breakfast had limited choices. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken.

We had a lovely stay the room was large and clean and we used the swimming pool and steam room which was a nice extra.Its about a 10 min drive to the centre but was a nice location.Would definitely stay again xx

It’s an ok hotel. A little dated and very dark and dingy. Felt like an airport hotel that didn’t need to try very hard. Was a shame as it’s close to such a lovely town, I thought it would be nicer for the price.

Bit of a stinky
Average stay. Room had a very musty smell, not sure what causing it, but was there for the entire stay. Also dogs allowed in hotel dining area when people eating, dog was extremely flatulent which was very offensive, I believe this should not be allowed.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and quality linen and towels. The carpet was worn in places and bathroom paintwork was past it's best but overall the room was fine .Dog friendly which was good and a bed was provided ,lovely grounds for dog walk. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Short drive to Stratford centre . We'd definitely stay here again ,it was excellent value . . .
