Such a lovely stay! The property had all we could need and was immensely cosy. Breakfast provisions were very generous, finally somewhere that leaves enough milk in the fridge for more than 2 cups of coffee. And the brownies were very lovely, despite my allergy stopping me from having more than 1 bite. I absolutely recommend a stay at Hamilton House. Fabulous property.

We really enjoyed our stay @ Hamilton House Quiet street, lovely room with ensuite and use of the lounge area. Breakfast was great and the brownies were a lovely touch. Definitely recommend for future stays.

My husband and I had a wonderful time a during our stay at Hamilton House It was very a calming, charming and comfortable place to stay! I am very much in love with “old” buildings; the decor in the house was spectacular , the gardens and the house was well maintained! It felt like you were “stepping back in time”! A beautiful little bed and breakfast in a Jane Austen like setting. We had the lady Jane room, a large room with plenty of space, private bath and a small pantry. Room has everything you could ask for and then some. Breakfast was prepared and readily available in the fridge and cupboards and we handled everything ourselves. We had breakfast in the extraordinary garden, what a gem of a place that was! Room did not have individual Aircon, but it was cool and nice so apparently they controlled that centrally. Our host Joy lived up to her name, she was super friendly and informative. The place is within walking distance from all places in the city.
