"The amenities beyond surpassed expectations. There is so much included in this stay, multiple saunas, ice bath, large pool, jacuzzi. All included. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We were close to everything and on a very peaceful street. It is a very easy, convenient walk from the bus station. Close to food, snack shop, a beautiful park. Everyone was ice and helpful. So much included for the price. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. "The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the money, few other options in the area probably better. Over priced with less amenity . Not to mention , the spa receptionist did have much of decency . If you don’t speak Slovak , look somewhere else."
