"We had a great time in zakopane staying in this hotel, everything was very clean, the staff were very helpful, magdalena was brillaint and very helpful with our booking. We stayed in room 302 had lovely views of the mountains and the town. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Thankyou"

"Really lovely hotel, very short walk to Krupowski St, restaurants etc. Rooms lovely & comfy. Breakfast great.Restaurant is good also. Staff lovely & efficient especially Mateusz Topoʻr , thank you. Pool, jacuzzi,steam rooms fabulous, our friends had children ,playroom/Lego room was rated Excellent by them ! No complaints at all ! "

"The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the money, few other options in the area probably better. Over priced with less amenity . Not to mention , the spa receptionist did have much of decency . If you don’t speak Slovak , look somewhere else."
