"This was the cheapest property I could find in an incredibly expensive Inverness City Centre and it was just a room with a shower and a toilet however, it was very walkable to the city centre, parking was free and I would stay there again. "

"Got the personal tour from Gail. Had the delux double which was very spacious and well equipped. Anything you need was available ether already there or just ask and all staff cheery n helpful. Great value for money and lovely fresh butcher supplied cooked breakfast. Sadly was a flying visit, but highly recommend for a single night or longer stay."

"The staff is very friendly. The carpet in the room is very dirty. There isn’t A/C in the room. The bathroom has a corner shower, which is very small. The showerhead is low pressure and it doesn't release Enough amount of water. There is a aroma of curry everywhere."

"Quaint and quiet guest house right in the heart of Inverness. Easy walking to anywhere you might want to go downtown but far enough to be quiet at night. Floors were a little creaky but the house had a lot of charm and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Room spacious and clean, fresh bedsheets and towels. There are several bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens per building, so does feel a bit like student accommodation (which I liked). The Spanish lady is amazing and needs a promotion! NOTE that I didn't receive a code from Expedia before arrival so said Spanish lady let me in. Internet password is on router in hallway."

"We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, comfortable and highly creative Koko Rooms. Our room was not huge, but it had great storage and was extremely comfortable. The shower is possibly the best in the U.K. Communication with the owner was friendly, fun and timely. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in lovely Inverness. Parking on site, making it very easy and convenient. We would stay again!"

"Paul was amazing! The place was cozy and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Very easy walk into the main strip for dinner. They were also very helpful and accommodating when it came to my disabilities! "

"Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Major shopping Centre down the road. Felt comfortable and like a home as opposed to a hotel...
