Chalets in Suffolk

"Amazing!! This hotel has restored my faith in hotels!! Clean, Tastefully decorated, functional and full of staff who wanted to be there and treated you accordingly (even if they didn't they put on a bloody good show). Upgraded to a massive 4 poster room (bordering on suite) which was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Had a meal in the bar and the lady serving behind the bar, serving food and everything else in between was just exceptional, best service i have had in a long 20 years of travelling for business (she even got me to stick to my diet!!) Food was excellent even though i did only have salad and not Pie!! Drinks reasonably priced and good selection. At breakfast was greeted by an equally enthusiastic member of staff and offered a quality range of continental of freshly cooked food, no stale buffet all hot food cooked to order but very little wait and possibly the best scrambled eggs i have ever had in a hotel. Well done Coach House you really have got it right "

"Great night away. Lovely warm comfortable room and bed, clean, quiet. Spa facilities okay, changing rooms were in need of a revamp. Breakfast was good, great choice of food. "

"Great location very near the station, not far from the town centre and close to the football ground. Big hotel, welcoming friendly staff. Nice room. Spacious and clean. Very nice bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable, not great but above average, not too bad. Amazing continental breakfast. Overall, decent value."

"This inn is basic and without pretense. It is clean and well maintained. There is a pub across the parking lot called The Mermaid which share employees with the inn. The people here are fanastic, always genuinely smiling and friendly."

"Pretty much perfection for an overnight stay. Easy check in with a wonderful executive room which provided more than enough space to do some admin work. The lady on reception opened up the gym area for me to work out and the staff could not be nicer. To get cleaned up, there was an amazing power shower. The large comfy bed afforded a great night's sleep and this was compounded by a fantastic breakfast, made to order, which arrived in double quick time but everything was cooked perfectly and got the day off to the best start. They also provide free EV charging for hotel guests."
